Established in 1903 as the Mason Memorial Hospital, it holds the distinction of being the first modern hospital in Bahrain and, arguably, in the entire southern Gulf region of Arabia. Currently, they provide a comprehensive array of general and specialized medical and dental services from their primary facility in Manama, in addition to operating satellite clinics in Saar, Amwaj Islands, and Riffa.
