I had a fall and hit my head. I am 80 and, while I was not seriously hurt,I could not get up. I just returned from food shopping so fortunately I had my phone on me. In a very short time an AMR ambulance arrived in my driveway. Ryan and Chase were my help and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were gentle in getting me into the ambulance and they were distracting me by sharing stories and just keeping my mind occupied on something other than my injury. Ryan, especially, was funny 🤣! I was touched by their compassion and care. In reading these other reviews, the low scores relate to billing issues. I feel strongly there should be 2 separate tracts for reviewing medical occurrences: 1 review for the medical personnel and 2. an entirely separate one for the other staff and office people. These guys were good... and should be recognized as such.

Hello, I just wanted to send this email and let you know that two of your medics, were absolutely amazing and so helpful to my daughter who dislocated her knee. She was so scared and in pain, and Justine and Josh helped her out so much and explained to her everything they were doing along with comforting her. I personally work in healthcare and it was so refreshing to see caring compassionate individuals who clearly are in the job they are meant to be in. Please let them know how much I appreciate them. There ambulance number was 33225 and this happened on Feb 13th around 11pm.

Amazing caring crew that transported my mother today. I wish I could recall their names but they truly are the best. When they were back at the ER, they found out my mom was still here and came to check on her because they were so concerned for her well-being. That little touch absolutely helped give me strength as I'm navigating this medical situation on-my-own. Thank goodness for caring individuals that truly go above and beyond.

I suffered a skill saw accident on 6/18/17. The two EMT'S the aided me we're all could ask for. Tonya even stopped by to check on me after another run. Thank you to these wonderful people.

My daughter had to call 911 for me because I was in distress and couldn't. I was home alone when they showed up but by that time I had lost consciousness. They had to break in to get to me. They were quick and efficient. Broke in in such a way that I was able to repair myself easily. Then they proceeded to quickly access my situation, give me the care I needed and get me to an ER immediately. They saved me. Because of their quick response and actions I am still alive. I owe them and God my life. They have my gratitude forever. There were four of them and I hope to thank in person, but until then, I thank you now from the bottom of my heart. God Bless 🙏
