    I would like to thank the air ambulance center again and especially Mr. Mertens, who made it possible for us to bring my father back from Thailand. It wasn't always easy, but in the end everything worked out very well. My father was able to be brought back to Germany after a fractured lumbar vertebra and was looked after very well by the medical staff during the transport. The commitment of all employees at headquarters and especially of Mr. Mertens was incredible. Everyone was always very friendly and helpful and did their best to organize the transport.     My wife was taken from Gran Canaria to a hospital in Duisburg in a lying transport. I had extremely friendly and competent telephone contact with two employees from the air ambulance headquarters. Everything was perfectly organized. The transport by ambulance to Las Palmas Airport, the flight to Cologne with a Learjet under medical supervision and the transport with the Maltesers to Duisburg. We had priority everywhere, so that all changes and also the take-off of the plane took place in the shortest possible time. In the background, the employees of the air ambulance headquarters contacted the hospital in Duisburg so that a bed was available upon arrival after the emergency room. So thank you again for the extremely competent advice, support and the smooth process.
