In Olt County, there are five operating substations, specifically: Draganesti-Olt Ambulance Substation, Bals Ambulance Substation, Corabia Ambulance Substation, Slatina Ambulance Station, and Scornicesti Ambulance Substation, in addition to Caracal Ambulance Substation. All of these ambulances are equipped with European-standard medical equipment. The effectiveness of services offered to the population experienced a substantial overhaul after the implementation of contractual reforms.
This transformation involves the requirement to consistently meet elevated standards annually, ensuring the receipt of periodic operational authorization and accreditation certificates from the Olt Insurance House. Consequently, the unit now operates with a sufficient number of well-placed crews to address the healthcare requirements of our county's residents. Additionally, they have introduced new medicalized emergency vehicles, resulting in the absence of any allegations of malpractice or reports of unaddressed requests through the 112 system at present.
