We used their service yesterday and found inside its ambulance - seen as well organised & equipped with safety catch lock for securing the bed my father is in, unliked other ambulances. Jesmond & driver are very professional n friendly. Will call on AMS for future medical transfers.

As it was a last minute booking for my Dad’s discharge from the hospital, I tried calling a few private ambulance operators but they were fully booked. It was a Friday at lunch time. Managed to engage AMS and they were able to give me the earliest one. Kudos the medics and staff for a safe transfer journey back from hospital. They arrived before the appointed time of 2.30 pm. They were polite and patient throughout the journey. Special thanks to Raymond, Nooh and John ( I hope I got their names correct) for their great service. They went without their lunch to take this booking. Thank you so much!

My mom (nonagenarian age league) was recently discharged from YCH rehab ward, and engaged one way transport service back home. Arrival was prompt, and a shout out to team Roslan & Said, who understood my mom's injury condition, friendly disposition and helpful! Thank you!

From the lady who took my call, to the driver Seng and Medic John - everyone was professional and competent, but most importantly kind and empathetic. Would definitely recommend this ambulance service to anyone needing non-emergency transportation

my father was found to be unresponsive at home , I immediately call Ambulance Medical Service, the Ambulance service came within 10min ,the team prompt response in attending to my father. Turns out he had hypoglycemia, and the team did a great job at performing first aid, drip 10% glucose. Now conscious at A&E. ❤️ i would like express my appreciation message to your team members for doing a good job to save my father's life ,they are Awesome! I will always recommend Ambulance Medical Service Pte Ltd to people who needs Ambulance service.
