I couldn't be more satisfied with my recent experience at Alta View Hospital. I was treated with careful expert medicine, thoroughly applied by the entire staff. I was treated with kindness, dignity and respect. In particular I am so especially grateful for the doctor assigned to my case. Dr. Nolan is kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. She is a dedicated surgeon with a focus on your best solutions. She provided me with options and knowledge, discussed both thoroughly, and invited me to participate in my health decisions. She was assigned to my case after an emergency admittance at Alta View Hospital. I am so thankful that she was my doctor for my issue. I could not have been in better hands. If I need future care in her specialty I will not hesitate to ask for Dr. Nolan to be my surgeon.

Recently, I’ve had to spend a few days over the last couple of weeks at altaview hospital. If it was not for them finding my cancer in November 2022, I would not be in active treatment today this last week. I spent five days there and I got to say they’re the most amazing staff ever. Dr. Austria, like the country, lol that’s how she always said her name, was the most impressive doctor ever she’s so personal and so caring her bedside manner is amazing. She answered every question for me and not only did she answer my questions she would get on the phone and answer my husband’s questions. She would get on the phone and talk to my positions nurse, and answer their questions.. She made my stay very comforting as well as very healing. But the nursing staff. just the greatest!!! I was on floor four, and I know they’re a very busy floor. He would never know by how much attention you get there truly the most amazing staff ever

Was there yesterday as I had a vasovagal response/fainted and needed fluids and evaluation...There was no wait, the nurses were competent, kind and took care of my every need. The doctor was attentive, clear and answered all my questions. The person with registration was friendly, helpful and gave me time to feel a bit better before approaching me to get all my info. I am a nurse myself and can say I had a 5 star experience at Alta View Hospital yesterday and appreciate all the health care providers and staff. Great job.

Had a hysterectomy with the abdominal incision. Everyone was super attentive and responsive to my needs. Cassie and Annette were awesome-they took great care of me after the surgery and throughout the night. Though I have had some pain-everyone has made it as pleasant as possible. AND-the food-absolutely delicious. Lots of options- freshly prepared and delivered right to the room. My doc-Alicia Jones, MD is awesome and all the staff have been wonderful.

Jasmine was such a sweetheart today at my appointment, Christopher was running behind (it happens wasn't upset) but she came to check on me informing me he's behind and had a last minute quick patient and asked if I needed anything like water or snacks and it made it worth waiting, it's so simple to take a few seconds to inform me so I'm not wondering why it's taking so long and if I was forgetting (happens often at other hospitals) so special thank you to jasmine for being so thoughtful and caring, and of course Christopher for helping me deal with my hand eczema!

Staff are just amazing. Everyone treated my wife and my newborn like queen and princess. We fell in love with Julie (my wife’s nurse). Such a nice person. The place itself is confortable, clean and well maintained. We had a really pretty view of the Valley from our room. We are more than pleased with everything here.

I stayed at Altaview hospital for 4 days and 3 nights with sepsis and blood clots. The care I received- specifically from Jill Silvestrini, Michelle Matheau, and all my nurses was fantastic! I was very comfortable and while my condition was somewhat serious, I was confident they knew how to treat me and were providing the best care possible. I wasn’t a huge fan of Dr. Judkins and reviewing his notes it looks like he was strangely suspicious that I had medications in my system due to an oral surgery (which I told them about upfront) and thus wasn’t willing to address the pain I was in. However, once Dr. Silvestrini took over my case, the care was greatly improved and all issues I had were addressed and I was comfortable.
