I woke up in this building after having issues while I was asleep. Everyone and I am almost certain that everyone that is here helping is very very nice and very helpful. I'm 100% surprised but I am also 100% thankful. I haven't been anywhere as helpful as this entire staff. I am grateful for everything that they are doing here. I would like to ad that I am able to get around on my own, wash myself and feed myself so I don't have any complaints about any service that was provided. Everyone has been very kind and again in my opinion pretty professional. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

I had a wonderful experience with my surgery here. The nurses, doctors, and staff are kind, compassionate, and attentive. I felt completely cared for and in good hands. The facilities are also clean and inviting and I was in and out in less than four hours. It’s nice to know my local hospital is so well run and friendly. Thanks again to everyone for helping make what should have been a stressful procedure run so smoothly.

All staff starting with the person at the door directing people were very kind and helpful. It was a long wait on Sunday a few actual emergencies and they were short on Nurses but still managed to show compassion and friendliness to all the patients. So thankful that I went and got treatment and feel so much better today. I saw a touching kindness from a gentleman waiting for a woman up in labor and delivery… there was a woman in a wheelchair that was cold, she was wearing shorts and a tank top. He went and found her a blanket from the nurses and brought it to her. I love to see that side of people ❤️👏🏼

In reference to the Cardiology Center, I was treated with respect and made to feel very comfortable. Blake, my imaging technician was AMAZING!!! If all my appointments were this fun, I'd go all the time. He even laughed legitimately at my stories!! Loved him!! The experience was a little scary when the medication for stress test was injected but Blake talked me through it and made it more pleasant. Wish there were more caring people like him in hire. Thank you for being nice, it's appreciated greatly!!!

Check in staff for the ER department staff was very friendly and super helpful. Wait time was about right for an ER. ER staff in the back were helpful. The CT tech was patient along. The surgeon and surgery staff showed compassion and patience. Staff on the floor for the most part were caring and helpful. Only complaint would be that the first day there barely saw the nurse on shift and when I did she said how overwhelmed they were but when my husband saw her she was on her cell phone. Will do back if needed

I appreciated the care, kindness and great service that I received during my ER stay. Everyone from the officer in foyer to desk and vitals were quick and helpful. My nurse, doctor and the labs got things moving quick and got my pain under control to give me relief. I felt much better the next day.

Went I for a CT of my chest. Short wait to get checked in . Then a short wait for x-ray tech to come get me. Receptionist was very good, after waiting a short time she came and explained that there were several traumas from the ER. If the techs didn't come get me in 10 minutes, she would call them and let them know I was still waiting. They came shortly thereafter and took me in to get my CT. I was in and out rather quickly. Now if I could get the results that quickly I would really be impressed. Overall a very good visit. Nice personnel, clean rooms and quick service

The staff was awesome. They were all very respectful and helpful I was called back to do one thing at a time very promptly. When it was time to see the doctor I did not have to wait long for him and he was very kind and very honest. Once my procedure was done and antibiotics were given, they all same night they care all the way through to the discharge papers. All in all it was a great experience at the ER at Aiken regional. The only issue I have is that I forgot my Pharmacy closed Saturday at 12:00 and I wasn't able to get my antibiotics filled and I tried to call to see if he could switch it to a CVS or something and I couldn't get a hold of anyone so I'll just wait until Monday morning to get my antibiotic that's the only issue that I had.
