In 2019 I was experiencing excruciating abdominal pain while vacationing in Rome. I want to a small hospital( can't remember the name) where I almost died. I left and came to Agostino Gemelli University Policlinic and they soon determined that I needed emergency abdominal surgery. I had surgery and was beginning to recover when complications started, I ended up in a coma for 3 weeks and a total of 5 surgeries all while I was in a coma. I was flown back to U.S.A when I was stable. The doctors and staff at this hospital worked so hard to help save my life, at one point I almost didn't make it. I'm in tears just thinking about it. You saved my life, my daughter has a mother because of you and for that I'm eternally grateful! I prayed that all that took care of me did well during Covid. My heart will always be with this hospital . Thank you!

We went for a visit to the pediatric cardiology department, the doctor was very scrupulous. Parking is paid at €3 per hour, which is decidedly high for those who spend the whole day.

I want to express all my gratitude to the head nurse iannella and the nursing and OSS team of the orthopedic and trauma department They gave efficiency, patience, cheerfulness, professionalism, just enough tolerance and kindness. My sister went surgery on this hospital. She is a foreigner, from Romania,who works in Italy.She was treated with professionalism and humanity and she was not being discriminated.The conditions was very good for the patients and for the visitors. The surgeon, prof. Alessio Albanese, is such a great person with highly skills and still very modest who finds time to explain to us what is happening. Grazie mille!
