Yesterday I was one of the scariest situations I've ever witnessed. Thankfully a male and female paramedic were there in our time of need. They had the patience of saints. They worked on my daughter talked to her as if she was their own. They also understood the panic and fear I felt. Due to Covid they're not supposed to allow parents to ride along. They understood the desperation of my daughter and myself and allowed me to ride with her. They were unbelievably kind and compassionate towards us. The male was in the back with my daughter got her talking about anything and everything and kept her talking the more they talked to calmer she became which in turn pulled my stress way down. The female explained what may happen at the ER told me I couldn't go in through ambulance bay but she would be out shortly to get me. I'm very grateful to both of them

ALS has helped multiple family members through transport to the hospital. During stressful times, we have found them to be professional, courteous and effective. They have made difficult situations more easily navigated.

ALS has transported my mother and father to and from the hospital a few times this last month. They were amazing and I believe they are worth their weight in gold!

Yesterday, 3/14, I needed transportation to ER. I have late stage copd and had just been discharged from the hospital earlier in the day. I suddenly started with breathing issues and couldn't get it under control. I called 911 and they sent ALS. Rachael and Gerardo arrived and immediately assessed the situation. Rachael started my IV and opted to use CPap on me. Gerardo drove and didn't have me nervous. He's a great driver. I want them to know how thankful I am for their professionalism, courtesy, wonderful bedside manner. I just can't say it enough!
