I graduated with honors in BSc Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology - Trinity College Dublin. Currently, I work as a physiotherapist at UFIT @ City Hall, where I help clients of all ages, from athletes to the elderly, as well as post-operative and stroke patients. I focus on active rehabilitation and empowering my clients to take control of their recovery with evidence-based methods.

I have a strong passion for acute care in sports and served as the team physiotherapist for the 2019 SEA Games, working with the men’s basketball and ice hockey teams. I've also been involved with the Singapore Slingers in the ASEAN Basketball League and have provided coverage for various local sports events, including football, volleyball, and handball, at universities and polytechnics.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active by sailing, cycling, and participating in leisure team sports. Staying engaged in physical activities is an important part of my life, both professionally and personally.
