I am the Crisis Psychiatrist at Mater Dei Hospital in Malta and the Founder and Director of Crisis Resolution Malta, where I have led crisis response services since 2010. I am also the Director of TMS Malta and Gozo, pioneering the introduction of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment within the country. My training includes an MD, MRCPsych (UK), MCEM (UK), MMCFD (Melit.) with advanced studies at the University of Oxford and University of Cambridge, including an Emergency Medicine Residency and roles as a Clinical Fellow. I am also an Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (AMSR) Certified Trainer, bringing internationally recognized expertise in suicide risk evaluation and management.
