I am proficient in managing mechanical ventilation, including initiation, monitoring, and weaning across all modes. Additionally, I perform all forms of renal replacement therapy in the ICU, ensuring comprehensive care for patients with acute or chronic kidney conditions.

I specialize in a range of invasive procedures, including ultrasound-guided insertion of central venous and arterial lines, placement of central venous catheters, hemodialysis catheters, pulmonary artery catheters, and intra-aortic balloon catheters. My skills also include percutaneous tracheostomy, temporary and permanent pacemaker insertion, thoracostomy tube placement, and inferior vena cava filter insertion.

In addition to hands-on clinical work, I am experienced in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as pericardiocentesis, thoracocentesis, abdominal paracentesis, lumbar puncture, Holter monitoring, exercise ECG, and tilt table testing. My responsibilities also include quality management in the ICU, infection control, and the administrative aspects of intensive care units.
