I am an experienced faculty member with a demonstrated history of working in higher education. My skills are focused on General Surgery and patient care, along with Medical Education and administrative tasks. As a strong education professional, I am Board Certified in General Surgery from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. My academic role includes being an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Consultant in General and Laparoscopic Surgery at Al Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, where I have worked since 2016.
In addition to my academic role, I am currently expanding my expertise as a Clinical Fellow in HPB (Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary) and Transplant Surgery at CHU de Toulouse in France, where I have been engaged in advanced clinical training since November 2024. This fellowship allows me to specialize in complex surgical procedures, further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care to my patients.
My background in surgery is supported by my extensive training at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, where I earned my Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. This, along with my Saudi Board Certification in General Surgery, has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to treat a wide range of surgical conditions using the latest techniques and technologies.
