Whether your health concern can be handled through an online consultation depends on your symptoms and medical history. We assess each case individually to determine if remote care is appropriate and safe. Examples include uncomplicated urinary tract infections, skin rashes, requests for repeat prescriptions, advice regarding minor injuries such as a dog bite. If your symptoms suggest a condition that requires a physical examination, we will recommend a consultation.
