I am a Medical Doctor and Healthcare Leader with extensive experience in hospital operations, emergency medicine, and critical care. Graduating from Krida Wacana University (UKRIDA) Jakarta in 2017, I began my career through a government internship at Ade Moh Djoen General Hospital and Sungai Durian Public Health Centre, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and public health services. Since then, I have worked in various hospital settings, managing both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Ancillary Services and Medical Affairs at Siloam Hospitals Bekasi Timur, following my role as Head of Operations and Services, where I was responsible for patient service management, hospital operations, and service excellence projects. My experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, optimizing healthcare services, managing BPJS payment systems, and ensuring high standards of medical administration and patient care. Prior to this, I gained hands-on expertise in Emergency and Critical Care (ICU, NICU, and ward) at Mitra Keluarga Kalideres and Hermina Bitung Hospital, where I handled complex medical cases and hospital management responsibilities.
With a deep passion for hospital management, operations, and patient-centered care, I am currently advancing my expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Hospital Management at UKRIDA. My goal is to bridge the gap between medical practice and healthcare administration, ensuring that hospitals operate efficiently while delivering high-quality patient care.
