Experienced Project Coordinator and Clinical Nutrition Expert at the Department of Gastroenterology and Human Nutrition, AIIMS New Delhi, with a career spanning over six years in diet-related research, particularly in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). I have played a key role in multiple multicenter studies, including a Pan-India diet mapping project led by Dr. Vineet Ahuja, utilizing mobile technology for patient dietary assessment. I have led and co-authored research publications on hepatic steatosis in ulcerative colitis, exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN), and anti-inflammatory diets like CDED tailored to Indian patients. My work includes designing, executing, and publishing an app-based diet tracker—IBD NutriCare—which was presented at Digestive Disease Week (DDW), San Diego.
