With extensive experience as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Nutrition, Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University, I have dedicated my career to advancing knowledge and improving health through nutrition and medicine. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Molecular Diabetology from the University of Toyama and a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney.

I have also served as a Hospital Food Service Manager at Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Hasanuddin, where I specialized in creating effective dietary strategies for patient recovery. My time as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toyama further enhanced my expertise in internal medicine and metabolic health.
