My Mom fell an went to the ER at Mercy West. I had the privilege of meeting a wonderful Man/Doctor (Darrin Smith) He is an Amazing Person!!! He treats people the way Everyone deserves to be treated! I feel very proud to have met him! I have never in my life met a Doctor like him! HE IS AN AMAZING PERSON! I thank God for the Blessing me with his presence! 💚🙏💜 All the staff here was very nice!

Every time I’ve been to this location, whether the ER, Surgery Center or the Medical office buildings - We’ve had nothing but positive experiences and treatment/care. They have saved my husband’s life, more than once! The nurses are always very sweet and helpful. The volunteers are amazing, receptionists in surgery 10++! Thank you for being here!

I was in the hospital for three days for an emergency procedure and every person who helped me during that time was so attentive, caring and really put me at ease during a stressful experience. I felt very well taken care of and the procedure was a success! Thank you to the wonderful doctors and nurses!

They have a great crew of caregivers and lots of medical services, specialties, and departments.
I just got home from the ER and would like to commend the ENTIRE staff for take such good and quick care of me. Dr. Parker in the ER was second to none with his compassionate caring demeanor. As much as I was in crisis, this ER Staff got me in, did the procedure and had the utmost respect for me and my situation. Thank you, Mercy West for all you do for me.
