I want to thank two individuals who gave my son 5 star care from Salem to Portland, their names are Karl and Kylie. My son was having large amounts of pain in his appendix and needed to be driven up to Dornebechers Children Hospital. I wish I could remember their names. They made my son along with us very informed and assured of his care. I couldn’t have asked for a better EMT and Paramedic to take the best care. My son and wife arrived safely. I followed behind in my car for the way up. I would highly recommend Falck for anyone who is looking for top notch care. They made us all feel comfortable with the whole experience. I hope they both see this and the difference they both made during this difficult time. He pulled through and received surgery and is in recovery as we speak!!! Thank you, thank you. Takes special people to do this job!!! You rock!!!! 🚑

I have been transported by Falck 3 times in the last 6 months. All three times the ambulance crews were fantastic and professional. I have breathing problems--on all three occasions the Ambulance showed up in record short time and the crews were efficient, kind and caring about my condition. I trusted these people with my life and they came through 3 times. It doesn't get any better than 3 out of 3... My thanks to the crew members who took care of me in Aug-Oct-and Dec

They are all very good drivers and people who treat you with loving care and respect. I care about them all
The paramedics who came to help me when I had an aneurysm rupture saved my life. Their response time and subsequent treatment was a major factor in my survival. So to those EMTs thank you, I am forever grateful and appreciate you. God bless.
